Join with one click
CalenBar finds the meeting link in the event and puts a Join button next to it. Zoom and Microsoft Teams open straight in their apps. Google Meet, Webex, Slack and 17 more services are recognized too.
Details on hover
Point at an event to see who’s coming and who accepted, the notes, the location and which calendar it’s on. Swipe or use the arrows to look two weeks back or ahead.
A heads-up before it starts
Get a notification 1 to 15 minutes before an event, with a Join button right in it. Or turn notifications off.
Private when you share your screen
Private mode replaces event names in the menu bar and in notifications with a neutral label. Keep it on always, or only while you’re sharing your screen.
Works with the calendars you have
CalenBar reads the calendars already set up on your Mac, such as iCloud, Google and Exchange, and lets you pick which ones to show. Available in English, Croatian, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
